You can register by filling in the form found by clicking on the Subscribe button from the Pricing & Plans page.


2. Why do I need to register to use Print Ready?

Registration is quick and easy and provides you with private access to the Print Ready system to create and manage your orders.


3. What happens when I create my account?

After registering your account, you will receive a welcome email, click the verification link within the email to verify your account.


4. Why do I need to verify my account?

Verification helps us ensure the email you nominated is correct and verifies your identity.

1. What if I’ve forgotten my account password?

If you've forgotten your Print Ready password, using your registered email address you can recover access, following these steps.

To recover access to your account:

  • Go to Print Ready Login page
  • Click Reset Password
  • Enter the email address you used for Print Ready and click Next
  • Click on the Create New Password link we email to you, and you will be routed to
    the create new password screen.
  • We'll then ask you to create a new password.

It is a bundled amount of services that you can subscribe to monthly or annually.


2. How to purchase a Subscription Plan?

1. What is an Order?

An Order is the selected service that is requested to be worked on.


2. What is Work Time?

It’s the time spent on an Order. Time spent on an order is deducted from the subscriptions allocated hours.


3. What is Queue Time?

It’s the time an order is waiting in a status column.


4. What is the Monthly Order Quota?

It’s the maximum amount of orders provided in a subscription plan.


5. What are Allocated Hours?

It’s the maximum number of hours provided to you depending on the subscription level.


6. What is an Active Order?

It’s the maximum amount of simultaneous Orders determined by the subscription level.


7. What is Storage Capacity?

It’s the maximum amount of storage space provided for file attachments determined by the subscription level.

1. How do you subscribe to a Print Ready plan?

Select a subscription level which suits your needs and purchase online. You can choose between monthly or annually payment period.


2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, upgrading for monthly or annual subscriptions can be done at any time. The system will calculate the upgrade price automatically.

Downgrading a monthly subscription can be applied at any time, but the downgrade will occur on the next subscription renewal date.

Downgrading an annual subscription can be applied for at any time, but the downgrade will occur on the next subscription renewal date of the following month. The system will calculate the downgrade price automatically. Any refund due will be handled by our Accounts Department.

You cannot cross grade from Monthly to Annual or Annual to Monthly.


3. What if I want to cancel my ongoing subscription plan? Will I get a refund?

For a cancellation, the same rule applies for a downgrade. Both Monthly and Annually can be done on the subscription date. Any refund occurred will be handled by our Accounts Manager directly to you.


4. My subscription package will be expired soon, what should I do?

The subscription renewal will happen automatically on the subscription date.


5. Can I change the current payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment method at any time.


6. What if my subscription renewal fails?

When the payment transaction fails, the system will generate an unpaid invoice. You have two days grace period to retry the subscription renewal.


7. How do I see the payment transactions for my subscription?

You can find them in the Account Menu > Manage Payment/Invoices > Manage Invoices & Receipts
